Illusionary crystal lvls

Can i use an illusionary crystal on a lvl 95 NON ra toon to boost it's lvls? and if so, what's the MAX lvl? is it still 100?

    It works if you are not rb, so you can get even 105 with crystals.

    I've gotten a toon from 1 to 100 using 2 from the boutique.

    I used one to level a 97 toon to 101

    From level 1 with 2 crystals gets you close to 101 from 100
