Leveling to 105
In the past you have to farm some dungeon for months for one level.. etc....
I have a level 102 sin that I gave anything valuable away and just curious if this game is worth coming back to or not?

It's not that hard to level up nowadays. I came back after like 4 years and it's much easier to level now.0

I haven't played this version since 2011-12 (maybe even later than that) but that was a very vague response.foxella#1181 said:It's not that hard to level up nowadays. I came back after like 4 years and it's much easier to level now.
Lets say that I'm level 102 @ 14% how long would it take me to reach the 86% needed to level and in what ways?
Dungeon, etc...0 -
The only problem is finding a team/partner for that dungeon (PV). If you can solo, its a matter of a few weeks depending on your time. + Add daily quests too, they give nice exp as well.0

There's a lot of ways to boost your EXP now by a lot, so I would advise taking advantage of that - because the increase is pretty big.
How long it took for me to get from 102 to 103 I dont remember, it's too long ago.
But with pretty much full EXP gear I could get 6% a day at Lv104 going towards Lv105, or 8-9% if x3 EXP event was on. That was soloing Phoenix Valley 100+, 7 runs per token.
So..
Learn to do it by yourself, or try duo with someone. I've been duoing and soloing a lot. Even though duoing isn't as good as solo, it's still good.
Get as much EXP gear you can get, or that your character can handle. Remember swapping out main gear for EXP gear makes you squiser. But again, learn the instance first before you get the EXP gear.
Anyway, ways to boost the EXP- Hypers of course...
- Join Shroud, get 5k Prestige. This allows you to get a 2nd token a day to run PV again.
- Shroud also gives a 1 hour blessing with +5% EXP boost
- Dreamchaser packs gives you two timed +30% EXP boost Necklaces, one lasts for 3 days and other for 7 days. Dont open them on the same time.
- You can get a +8% belt from helping someone in AEU with getting their Wings of Ascension. The belt lasts 45 days.
- If money allows, get a tome with +EXP boost. It goes from 1% up to 4% depends on the tomes level.
- Get Silkworms, adds a little exp boost for an hour. This isnt a gear piece so it doesnt leave you squiser. Notice it doesn't do anything if there is x2 or x3 EXP event on.
I would have mentioned Ancient Gift but they removed invite a friend back option, so these are no longer obtainable.0 - Hypers of course...

Can't give you a detailed answer when you did not state how much time you're willing to spend on leveling per day.xxaciouxx said:

If you're too lazy to even read on how hard lvling is, then you're too lazy to hit 105 <.<
Also, there's rebirth, so, max lvl is now 105 3 times, not just once, so yeah, good luck.
PV is the secret BTW, PV all the way look at @shopcheese 's post.

well, since you are just comeback, i suggest you to rebirth your char first till rb 2. because that way u will able to learn passive skill. passive skill will make you easier to leveling 105 x30
-
If you are referring to FCC that instance no longer allows hypers so no more hyper leveling in it. PV which is a very limited access instance is what is used to power level these days...
OP if you haven't been in game since 2012 or 2013 then leveling to 105 is the least of your priorities. As others mentioned with rebirth you need to level to 105 three times , level your your primal sky levels, level your cards, level your homestead, level your star chart, and others. Your gear is most likely obsolete and need to upgrade it as well. Finally we have new skills. Both active and passive among others which need leveled. Coming back will feel like starting all over again. Just leveling to 105 is meaningless without leveling everything else which needs leveled.0 -
Thanks.

To add - you can start another PV run if you have the token and a lucky coin. This will allow you to restart PV, you do not need any alts in this case to open or to reset instance, although it may be cheaper.

It's not just few stats... U also get more base HP, MP, Defenses, Soulforce (This one gets multiplied by your current level+gear refinement), accuracy and evasion. And ofc, u deal 10% more damage to players under 103 level, and take 10% less daamge off them.teabagg said:105x3 is what bored people do,usually the cashed out players. If you think about lvling then you already failed the game because really there is no others benefit other than a few measly stat points.
There is also NW potion, wich is a huge deal.
Did I miss any other benefit?

Did I miss any other benefit?
The only other benefit, if you want to see it as such, is nuema tiers. I believe tier 8 requires level 103, and somewhere in the depths of these forms were notes of nuema going to 10 in future installments. Given at 103 for T8, it can be assumed that T9 requires 104, and T10 requires 105.
So... Nuema Benefit of +P.Atk/M.Atk +HP +P.Def/M.Def and Spirit

A 105x3 person in comparison to a 100x3 person has exactly 137 more points. This is a big difference.suzukmann said:
measily stats aka up top 100 points?teabagg said:105x3 is what bored people do,usually the cashed out players. If you think about lvling then you already failed the game because really there is no others benefit other than a few measly stat points.
RBing at 105 = 76 points total x 2
Rbing at 100 = 20 points total x2
So yeah, plenty of benefit there, for a LA class that's almost 7% crit + all the dmg, evasion and acc involved.

That being said, leveling to 105x3 is very expensive. Repair cost + hyper cost.0

Thanks.

That's really mighty coming from someone who literally opened the thread because he's too lazy to search the forum for a leveling guide.
The OP has packed and left this thread it seems anyway. The only fitting image for this forum.0 -
It will take you about 2 months to level to 103 (you should be able to get about 2% everyday) and to 104 another 3-4 months as you only get 1% per day . Realm of Reflection also help a little at 102 you should get 0.5% over night and at level 103 it gives you 0.1% over night.xxaciouxx said:
