Recent rb2 lvl 100 nv1 - now what?

I played pw in Brazil when the TT was first announced, when I came back to the game things had changed. Recently I received a code and now I'm rb2 lvl 100 with nv1 equips, but now what?

If anyone would be kind enough to give me some direction in what comes next I would love it. I'm trying to make money and use NW to get nv3 equips eventually and hit lvl 105, but besides that I'm very lost. Are there other ways to make money besides NW? What about skill books, any guide recommended?
