    There's never been an option to directly exchange coins -> boutique gold.
    There's always been an option to buy gold from other players.​​

    Players have colluded to keep prices so high that you literally cannot use the auction house for its intended purpose of trading gold. So they trade the cash shop items for coin essentially skirting the fees and making inflation sky rocket with no oversight whatsoever or any means of checking it. Essentially commerce working as intended.

    That new butterfly dress is gonna make gold price go up even more lol.

    I wants it too ._.
