Report In Game Abuse (In Game)

We need a report button in game other then the Report Hacking option. Over the past few days I've seen serval scams and abuse of glitches but there is currently only two ways to handle this . Report a ****(Chooseing option on persons name) or try to fill out a report here.

The current problem with filling out a ticket or submitting a report, information is its often lost or details are lacking. Experienced players often know the diffrence but for newer players who struggle to learn the forums or dealing with the NEW forum status to post here to ask for help its close to near impossible. (Untill Probation is met)

My Suggestion : Adding a report button in both mailbox and for World Chat. So that info is sent to the GM Team or Dev it's intended for.

Actually, the correct way to handle it is to open a support ticket. Then it will end up directly at the support teams to deal with it. Don't forget to include the screenshots.

There used to be other reporting options in-game, but we had 12 GM's for one game with 4 servers. Now there's 18 GM's for 20 games with a larger number of servers.

You should not be posting reports of hacking, cheating, scams, or other such activity in the forum at all.

Thank you for the reply. Point is .. Still for those who aren't ARC Savy or those who are never going to visit the forums .. In game reporting option would be a welcome addition or a in game redirect so that the information can be collected and dealt with.

There is an option in the game that opens a browser to the support page already. Under the settings gear, it is the far left option with the GM button.
