How do i remove/sell this weapon from my inventory?

Minister Soulsphere (2s)
Royal Soulsphere (2s)
It says they are decomposable at Assistent Wang Tsai
But when i get there i can't find anything related to decompose..

  Under trade tab, youll see perfect stones. Pick the right one

  it allows only to destroy daggers or longsword but no soulsphere or other weapons..

  Royal Soulsphere. Under Basic tab. Third row, fourth Column.

  You can also destroy at PW Boutique Agent. That if you have an armor which can't be traded for Perfect Stones nor can be sold.
