Did not get Phoenix Shard quest!

I did not get the auto Phoenix Shard quest tonight. Was logged in for well over an hour before the 21:00 time, and am still logged in now but it did not pop up, it's about 15 minutes after it was supose to pop up, now, still nothing. Any help would be appreciated, please.

    Well if the event itself lasts 9 days, it lasts 9 days might be an error on their end of putting the correct end date in there. :(

    I agree with @latoraza, most likely explanation is that our beloved GMs derped on the length of the event, and gave us the wrong info.

    @princessjulie I'll wait, in the news page it says that the event ends on 27th, so I want my shards to turn 6 into 5 War Avatar Box
