Bugged Tune of fortune Blessing and Starlight Crystal.

Hello.
I sent a ticket about that but couldnt get help, maybe i'll get here.

1: I'm decieded to open Delicate Moon Chest packs -> Gives 1 Tune of fortune blessing per pack ( can exchange 500 of them for a DoD or a DoT ).
Problem is when i teleport / trade / relog / dc they dissappears, so i couldnt exchange my shards. Any chance to fix it or give my items back?

2: Starlight crystals is a drop from couple packs; example: Scroll of canine Companionship. Item saying its available till June 30, 2016, but cant exchange them also at npc, since the npc got changed.

Any GM / CM / Dev would take a look into this please?

    Any developement on this? I have a few starlight crystals.

    First problem is solved.

    After Delicate moon chest pack being opened we get a Blessing item wich i thought should be able to trade @npc for DoD/DoT ( was my thought since high price ) but a Gm via ticket told me not, only the Bonus for High stacks 100,250,500 pack gives another blessing wich can be exchanged for DoD/DoT @the npc. Tho still cant change my Starlight Crystals for DoD/DoT @npc.

    Hey.

    Noticed this week's patch changed expired date on the Starlight Crystals few month more, but i cant exchange them at the npc still.... Any update ?=/

    Nothing ?? @thenamesdomino pls....Many ppl wanna change Crystals for DoD
