Novice Furnishing Quest Immediate Fail

When attempting to take the novice "Furnishing" quest it immediately fails when accepting the novice quest and reissues the item from the first part of the quest as if you are to accept the novice quest again rather than giving the bag and the backpack to take to the npc. The quest does proceed to teleport you to the mentioned City but when you go to the npc there is no quest to take, no flag on the npc and no pink dot on the map where he is located. When returning to the Homestead there is no quest in the completion log. Apprentice lv quest work normally.

    You have 30 seconds to accept the quest. If you don't click it time, it fails. There are a couple of quests with several steps like this.​​

    hmm, I really thought I took the quest that quickly but I will try after reset again. I did think that 30 sec rule was that after you completed the quest you had 30 sec to turn it in with the complete tab, but maybe I just didn't read it correctly. Ty for the reply.
