ok so every single time i login to pwi my pc restarts automatically. I can play GW2, Tera online, EoS and Neverwinter with no issues.
Why would only PWI be having this issue? Any suggestions would be great.

i dont know what more info to say other then my systems specs and temps. i dont get any error messages or anything like that. basically i start pwi login and depending on how my system feels i can spend 1-20 mins online, then my computer decides to restart itself. kind of like when you click the restart option from the start menu.
But since i cant copy and paste here my system specs will have to be down sized for you.
Nividia GeForce 550Ti
MSI X58A-GD45 mobo
1.8TB drive
24GB ram
intel i7 cpu 960@ 3.20GHz

If your system is restarting, you are most likely getting a BSOD. That is most likely caused by a driver issue, or other incompatibility.
Without a link to a dxdiag posted on pastebin and a published Speccy log, I don't have much to go on to help you, and you would be aware of this if you read the Sticky Thread. (Instructions on how to provide this information is in the sticky thread.)
Based on the very minimal information you have given so far, I don't see any reason for issues and am unable to help.0 -

For some odd reason I can't copy and paste here in the arc forums, which is really a pain to send you links.
Thanks again for your time on this matter0 -
First off, your video driver is from 2014. Download the latest driver here, use the "Run as administrator" option when you start it.
Then choose Advanced Install, un-tick both of the 3D Vision options, and the HD Audio. Finally, tick the box marked "Perform a clean installation". Once it's finished. Reboot the PC whether it tells you to or not.
Second, follow the instructions here to exclude both the Arc folder, and the PWI client folder from your security scans.
Third, open the client patcher. Click the Verify button and have it verify the client files. When it finishes, run it a second time, then a third.
Once the final verification finishes, reboot your PC.
Everything should work fine at that point.0 -
ok I'll give them a shot, thanks.0

Ok sylenthundar, I did everything you told me to. I was able to play for about 1 hour, and then my pc restarted. So what now?0

Disable auto-restart on BSOD so you can see why it's falling over. Also, the link dakaan posted is very helpful for diagnosing BSOD errors.0
