T3 Assassin x T3 Duskblade PVE, Phoenix Valley and TT

Hello everyone!
I have a full T3 archer, and I'm in doubt between creating a SIN or DB to share it's gear. (I would go DPH with the sin).
The thing is: I don't really like PVP, so the char would be PVE only. I've seen some DB soloing Phoenix Valley easily, and I wanted to know whether sins can do the same (with t3 gear [i don't mind not doing 8 runs, lol])
I also wanted to know if sins can solo (or dual with cleric) TT, considering they are DPH and would go with those primal atk skills. And if DB could solo or dual TT as well.

(if someone has videos of T3 sins and db, and could show me, i'd be damn glad lol)

(Oh, yeah. My T3 gear is currently 3 slots with immaculate citrines, refined +5)

    Pretty much anything can duo tt with a cleric at this point. PV with a g16 Nirv sin is doable, I believe? idk, think it's up to you which you prefer.​​

    PV with a T3 sin is doable, but more important than running fast, will be to always have an eye on your skills cd because you probably need to 3spark to be able to 2-shot mobs at end of each pull and subsea takes another 2sparks.

    2/3 pulls should be fine, rift when you get immobilized or hp is running low and all should go somehow smooth (sometimes rift will simply just get interrupted like... 983798734545 times, but you should learn when to immune on time after dying a few times).

    Sage helps for the damage reduction when you 3 spark, range on daggers also help so you don't need to take 2 steps to rift mobs and toxic torrent helps for an extra aoe, that unlike rift wont be so easily interrupted with the added dot to keep mobs from losing aggro.

    5 APS(R8RR int rolls/tome/weapon) > ALL pve content. Faster farming.

    DB> ALL pvp content.

    But honestly, any class can do anything because of R9 gear.

    i can do everything with my sin, have r9rr+12 but also i have r8r aps double int, so i can do pve and pvp with both gears also i have db full g16+10 is very good too, so anyways have r9 or not i do whatever i want on my db cause everything is how u use ur char
