if this is correctly understood, only level 105s can get it. That cuts out a great deal of players(mainly alts) from expansion entirely.

    Weapons say level 100 in database, so you're better off believing they actually mean 2 rebirths and level 100​​

    I wouldn't read too much into what they write, i.e. "power level of OVER 9000" lel also the level requirement to equip the weapons is 100. http://www.pwdatabase.com/cn/items/50171

    PWI thinks Lv 100 is max level because r9 is weaker then this stuff so why bother leveling? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯​​

    there is a difference, requeriment lv is 100 but the chance to make it is lv max. if the weapons r bound and need to be lv 105 to make it, is very good for me, if u want that wep lv up ur alt or just work on ur main D:

    Recipes for said weapons are crafting level 0.

    First of all if you are implying 105 is anywhere near hard you need to uninstall. First of all pv daily with a dreamchaser neck second you expect whats supposed to be the most powerful wep in game easy for an alt..... wow
