East coast servers down [Known Datacenter Issue]

is it just me or is every one dced and cant get back on showing server down

    its not a safe connection they dont have put a rubber on the rj45

    samething happens to me, cant get in, it says server down and no pings shown

    Yea.. I'm offline too on East server (Tideswell), although other people are still online. I crashed, and can't get back on, but it seems if you didn't crash, you're still online.

    I can't even reach customer service through arc.. so thanks for looking into this. (hopefully I didn't lose anything, coz I was in the process of rebirthing a toon when I crashed :O )

    Unknown. It could be anything from an ISP issue to a general hardware failure.

    Well, I was without power for three days while the wiring in my house was redone. I guess I can start another book from my library. Thanks for the update Domino!
