Returning Warrior Unable to Create Character

Hello. I've been gone a couple of years but came back, deleted one of my alts over the last 7 days and I am still unable to create a new character. I have no problems getting into the characters I have. What am I doing wrong? Please and Thank you

I'm not sure what I did right but I was able to create and save a character now. Thank you for the assistance.

Is your account full? By that, I mean you cannot create any new characters if you have eight or more than that from the server merge. So you'll have to delete characters until you have seven then you can make a new character.

How many characters do you have, and what kind of error are you getting?

Hello-at the moment 5 characters. Attempting to create a Stormbringer. I am able to get to the save name screen after customization but it won't let me hit "complete"

Did you try give the character a name before hitting the complete button?

Then I would recommend verifying your files after you exclude the game folder from your security software scans. Most likely it's corruption in the client code.

@testxvi-yes, I named character but the button ti finish the character (complete) remains grayed out. @sylenthunder since I've been gone so long I would end uo deleting all the wrong files I'm afraid. Do you need to do something with the attributes/star chart shown to the right of the character while creating or is that just information about how the character interacts with others? Thank you both
