Some of of these skills are OP as ****, but cleric is so lackluster, I guess it wont be usable on himself in violet mode either.0

Most classes have their damage boosted but if cleric's counter can only be used in support mode, that's very disappointing =.=

New 15s summon that can reduce damage by 80% and cast a 10m AOE that does 300% wood damage.

Duskblade
30s self buff that reduces all ranged damage by 99% (when range > 8m). Resets all other cooldowns.

Stormbringer
A 10s persistent 15m aoe (like avatar of storm) that decreases attack speed 200%, channeling speed 100%, reduces pdef and mres 80%.

My opinion in the Ultimate Skill Rankings:
Top Tier: Duskblade, Stormbringer, Venomancer, Psychic
Mid Tier: Wizard, Barbarian, Mystic
Bottom Tier: Cleric, Archer, Assassin, Seeker, Blademaster

The Barbarian skill looks extremely useless to me, unless it has some unreal damage scaling. To me it just looks like a wizards DB, and while DB is great in tandem with Ice Prison, I dont think any wizard will ever use it without the Ice Prison combo simply because its too weak and you are too vulnerable, which is basically what this barb skill is. To top it off a barb has no leaps to disengage when the skill is over. Dont really see why a barb would ever want to use this skill, altho a 50% chance to paralyse for 2 seconds is cute, its only in a 12m radius and it ticks super slow0

Barbarians got [REMOVED] up badly...
Not just because it's a "constant aoe", wich can be interrupted or paralyzed....

Stormbringer aoe can just be moved out of, but still useful if you need to defend a certain area (drop on a catabarb in TW).
Venomancer debuffs are really short-lived, but a ranged aoe purge is godlike.
Psychic I think is not very good. It's basically what mystics can already do, except you're screwed for 30 seconds afterward.
Wizard is decent, will work well with kirby's hide in the back and run in to drop aoe then go hide again strategy.
Barbarian I'll have to see in action, I think it could be good.
Mystic looks decent, will have to play around with it.
Cleric is great for TW, questionable otherwise.
Archer skill is laughably bad.
Assassin is good.
Seeker double size is corny, but another anti-movement buff will help them.
Blademaster is about as bad as Archer.

Well, cleric one could be mid tier but in my opinion if a cleric is healing you you won't be dying anyway. The HP buff might be purgeable in which case the skill is just a free charm tick.
The sin one I think looks bad. You're still going to be hit by AOEs or (presumably) people using detection pots. Sins already have 2 other force stealth skills, how much additional benefit is left to get from having a third?
The archer one I don't see the point. It has effects like anti stun, a 3sec stun, an attack speed increase, but those are all effects archers already have easy access to. That skillset is already known to be bad. The added damage on the second attack is alright but having it on one skill is nothing like the damage buff psychic is getting or even wizard. It's still less damage than Elimination with a cooldown that's 20 times longer.0 -
My only fear for the mystic one is that **** is getting get one-shot before we can even leech like all of our other summons. -__- Otherwise it's really nice and I don't think I'm gonna regret finally rerolling. p;
db/sb/veno ones are pretty **** and entirely unneeded. Tempted to throw barb under that as well.0 -
I think archer skill is kinda OP, 3000 penetration + whatever penetration on starchart is gonna hurt for arcanes, dunno how many skills/regular attack can be delivered in 5s, but this and zerkcrit from g17r5 will hit any arcane like a truck, but compared to wizard or psy, they still have higher damage boost.
Psy super skill is a double edged sword, the base damage will skyrocket but the seal defensive proc will plummet for 30 seconds. I bet ironguard will be used during this skill resulting in 18 seconds window to freely hit the psy.
I'm kinda disappointed by cleric's super skill, since it's only a support skill, while mystic can opt to make it an offensive skill and still granted defensive buff. 80% damage reduction > double max hp, and will not heavily drain hp charm. For example cleric and mystic both have 10,000 hp, hit by 1000 damage continuously, both will die in 10 hits, but when their super skill is activated, cleric will die in 20 hits, while mystic will receive only 200 dmg each hit and can tank 50 hits. That's too bad, a super endgame psy with max refines is really annoying, can't deliver enough damage to kill it without getting silenced in between shots. If 56k soulforce is transferred into base matk and stacks with chi burst and psy skill that boost matk that costs 2 chi, and I'm pretty sure it will, imagine how huge the base m.attack is gonna be.superfedee said:again, no

also imo that pet is useless like any other pet,
they cant properly balance pets cause you can have them available at early-mid game as well as endgame,
that pet will get oneshot by anything just by the simple fact it doesnt have spirit and has like 30k hp at max lvl, also what its base damage 6k ? lmao
About mystic pet, can't send it afar so it won't get in kill range ? it can still be leeched and be useful for offensive purpose though.

You can't really get the pet to move to a different location with no one there without a target. The struggle comes from summoning->leeching right after and having the summon die to random aoes or something before the leech goes off meaning you only get the anti-stun instead of anti-stun+extra. Probably making leech instacast like Primal Lysing would alleviate a lot of that though. p;0 -
okay I just want to know if the veno heal pet upgrade is going to work on players to. Its supposed to be 90% damage reduction +60% Tidal for x amount of time(im not sure) and id find it upsetting if it didnt work in pvp. If that works in pvp it could be a great update for venos otherwise its only okay. Sure that ultimate is nice, but it has 5min cd sorry im not worried about skills with cooldowns that long. I want the "more to the point" skills. If that 90% damage reduction works in pvp my pet would never die0

It could be, most psys are like what, 60-70k base matk now ? when chi burst can reach 100k+ , with 56k soulforce transferred into matk, that's 156k+, and another boost from 2 chi skill, sounds about right it'll probably close to 200k.superfedee said:

To be quite honest I think you guys aren't giving assassin its credit. Its bad enough tidal protection makes sins run wild with very lack of reprocussions now not only are they getting major damage index increases they can become untargetable constantly? How the heck is that not considered top tier or atleast mid tier. So after tidal just 3rd spark use that badboy and go ham while being improperly focused and in group pvp it wont be even possible. So hats off to the sins are getting rediculous agian....... Duskblade ultima Im a little missed about that personally I wohld rather 30 seconds of 99% damage reduction melee that would surely help when a bm is stunlocking u and ppl focusing.
Psychics who complain about thier ultimate need to calm down. Ok 30 seconds 0 SF just use SoS or SoR before you cast it and in group pvp and someone drops a dg or hell the new SB ultimate u can potentially 1 shot 70-80k barbs to the face (can even add perigean tide and EP like why lol) psy have night right for complaints
Bladenaster skill if you ask me is **** means you have to hit 10 times to achieve the full outlook of ur skill which w.o apps you will teach.

Seeker, although the p.def is... okay? The 200% atk increase and anti stun doesnt solve the core issue of seekers lack of speed between skills/cooldowns to go in for the kill complete support DD if you ask me so bleh

Cleric skill is top tier it can be casted on himself and is un-purgeable, can be casted in violet dance mode on himself as well, now clerics got tankier for some seconds at least. Yay!

@superfedee you mean aurora blast and burst ? That skill was originally OP and yes kinda broken, but with recent updates it isn't that OP anymore because every class got their HP pool increased from many things, avatars, nuema, starchart, hp passive, I have a hard time killing heavy armored classes nowadays because of that.
This expansion will surely make those skills shine again for a while because I read that hp passive is going up in later patch with hp passive lv10 +50% hp, and as a side effect will automatically nerf this skill again, arrggghh, they should just scale it in percentage or based in cleric's own hp or whatever that doesn't **** up this skill. Cleric relies on this very much to make a kill, damage alone isn't enough even with primal great cyclone's dps.

On 2nd thought I think they already did, the limit isn't affected by soulforce anymore but "The maximum amount of heal absorption increased to 20% base matk + 20,000." , it doesn't say anything about soulforce for limiting the absorption, only for heals.0
