arc redeem blessing broken

what thread title says..ever since server maintenance this morning ive been unable to redeem blessings on arc
keeps telling me "your item could not be sent at this time, please try again later. if you continue to have problems, please contact customer support".

yes i am aware that there was a scheduled arc maintenance from 5am-7am pdt
however, this issue occured several hours before that and is still there after the arc maint
and ive asked several people if it worked for them, and it did for neither

Overall maintenance is ongoing until 11am PST, and is affecting the majority of games. This would also affect your ability to perform action like redeem codes.

it is now 1:36 PST and i cant redeem either. any1 else with this problem?

Nope, it's not working. I wouldn't expect it to start working until after the end of tomorrows maintenance.

Scratch that. They just made an announcement in-game. They are aware of the issue and are working on it right now.

I already have a ticket open regarding it. I get the feeling it should be resolved tomorrow afternoon at the latest.
