Still no Npc how ever i did find a npc at primal worlds start that looks exactly like the nosta npc.

This Npc literaly has no function when you open him he has the cash shop like when you press o but with zero items in any tab you pick?

He is an npc with the almost exact title just difrent name i dont see why they cant make that the npc for the gear his name is treasure merchant Ethera located kirin town cords are 373 470?

you can easly edit that npc contents

This is all slightly off topic but this has me curious. For a start most of the cost of nv3 is in the upgrading not the cost of the base tt99 when looking at the binding stuff. So to that end although a nice bonus the free tt99 is of limited use. You also have to level crafting to upgrade it because it's bind on pickup and farm your own badges and molds unless you leave it all unequipped. Not saying that can't be done or that it's not worth doing. Just that to actually get to nv3 with that set will take you a good while.

In terms of your current gear I'm not sure what you are talking about. Morai 95 gear actually isn't bad compared to tt99. Outside of solo tt stuff and pv I'm not sure what you're unable to solo in tt99 that's worth soloing that you can actually do in nv3 without quite good supporting stuff.

On a related note what server are you on? Seriously I'm on TT and those NV3 prices are super high. We have 4-5 people who intentionally try to sell nv3 to cashed up noobs at excessive prices. Outside of that however our prices are half what you're listing. Perhaps 60% at worst.

Hey i'm from TT server here and to get NV3 or G16 as others call it you can get it for about 300-400m. 50-60m per piece most time or if someone is looking to make cash quick you can get some piece for less. just a fyi.

and since you cant fix the script codeing on the npc and knowingly knew since 2-10-15 about the issue can you make it full soc like the dream chaser gear pack and weapon pack. also im not seeing bound to acount or bound to toon on the pwi database so pleas do not add bound or bind if worn or acount bound its cheesy we dont like it ty in advance.

By my understanding of the level of access pwe has they can't do what you're asking. Even outside of that it would be much more time consuming than spawning an NPC. Actually unless a whole lot of people got it or they have very nice development automation they'd be able to do it faster by hand (also a bad idea though).

On a note from before I've run all the early daily primal quests in tt90 (the late ones involve no mobs anyway). Not completely sure about every single class but really you should be fine as long as you're careful and don't pull multiple mobs. Some of the primal story quests are another matter entirely and horrible with bad gear because it's very hard to isolate mobs but that's another issue.

Also as I've said in this thread before (and other people in other threads) these items are TT99 and bind on pickup. 4 socket would do basically nothing to help you given that resets on a reforge. Being a craft sockets are of course normally random.

Allegedly they bug and unbind going to bind on equip if you upgrade them without ever equipping them. Also you can't account stash the original items so you may want to start leveling blacksmith, tailoring and crafting.

yeah primal sucks im using mori Armour and i am getting spanked im a magic user.

socs helps cause hp shards i have 50 hp stones saved up problem is it is ridiculously over priced to add 1 extra soc to anything above lv 10 armor and forget about adding the 4th soc seeing how much of pain this has been for both the consumer and the guys over at pwi i dont think its a unreasonable request.

Oh ok well kinda off topic but in a similar situation with programming we were having issues with npc it was because the npc coordinates was to close to another npc so it wouldn't accept it same issue just relocate npc?

well it was awesome you respawn it was it location of npc that was problem wrong cordinates? after waiting this long what sucked was all low soc even the wep i got was 1 soc =( and the very very worst part is the gear is not acount stashable meaning i cant refine it either or use my hp stones =( so im screwed either way not tradeable is one thing but not acount stashable way harsh so i basicaly cant play this toon
