East Servers Latency issues

Hey everyone,
We are currently investigating and resolving the issues that are being felt in our East Servers. This issue is affecting all East servers portal wide (IE this isnt specific to PWI) Please be aware this will probably be an intermittent issue throughout the day. I will update this thread with more information when I can.

    Hey everyone ,
    We have been experiencing intermittent ddos attacks starting at 2PM today. We were able to stop the attack for now. If you guys start experiencing more disconnections, let me know on this thread.

    Server issues again on Etherblade @4:57PM PST, was able to relog after a minute or so.

    Same here, 2nd DC so far, was around 7:05 P.M. on Etherblade :)

    If possible, guys, please include the time you experienced the issues when reporting them.

    was wondering why I could not get on. Just put it down to the fact I was tired and needed sleep.

    We do not believe there are any issues, in addition, we are actively monitoring our systems. If you have any more questions, please contact our customer support system and they can assist further.

    The only good things out of this is that we all gonna get some compensation when all will end.
    I mean...we gonna get some compansation no...something like 50 event gold ,no?

    I would understand if it was PWEs fault but since this is being done out of their control & that they are doing everything to minimise and communicate issues and updates to us... That it would be right to do so.​​

    Tideswell is experiencing trouble right now. Wonder what's going on.

    Compansation please, we are getting massive lag and DCs on Tideswell server right now (8:20PM SERVER TIME)

    We can't play, we need compansations. btw, our last Log in event was in December, we need log in events please or the remaining players will quit... there is no reason to log in daily now....

    Back in the days there would be pages and pages about this from people wanting to play. Now no one cares anymore, ppl just go play something else, some will not even come back.

    Straight to the compensation demand on something they cant control? right..... now lets try something more legit.
    Seems another ddos attack going on in tideswell. Could a GM give us some info whether they are working on it or not?

    lagged out and dcd can't log back in now 9:52 server time Tideswell, what good is 2x if you can't use it? it could be 10x and with this lag and dc problem won't get anything from it lol, js

    again massive lag and DC's issues on Tideswell. 7:48 dc before that lag spikes goes super high to very low and back and forth (
