Where to get star charts?

Is there any way to get other star charts? I heard there are dailies, but i cant find them.

    Are you lvl100+ second time reborn, shifting sky? Cause if you are not you have to become one to get the daily that gives you a star chart.

    If you join a JFSP (Judgement Flowsilver Palace) the 2nd boss should get you a star chart too as long as you are there when it dies.​​
