Level 6 Tailor Where to make 2 Star Items?

Hello, I am trying to make the 2-star items in order to raise tailor skill to level 6. I cannot find any tailor that offers the ability to craft the 2-star items. Are they called something different in the shops? If they are made into a 2-star item are they called something different? I have checked Archosaur, 1K, Snowy, Sirry Wine, Immolation tailors and none of them offer them. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

    Try cromagnon areas. It's going to be in the 95+ zones.​​

    Sorry for the necro, this is for the people who might come later looking at this question. There is a chance to make 2* items. There is no npc that gives you 100% probability to make them. Higher level gear can be manufactured at specific npcs. Where ever the quest takes you, that npc will be in that area. A safe bet is 1 in 10 to make a 2* item, most take less.​​
