If you are logging in completely new each day, then you should receive it. Submit a ticket.
If you are only logging out to the character screen, or are just staying logged in without logging out, then you will not qualify. (Logging out to character screen is a maybe.)0 -

Cluck the "SUPPORT" link at the top of any Arc site or in the program. I also have the link in my signature on "PWE Support Tickets".
