charging page on arc / web site, isn't working!

I see only xmas fashion on the charge reward website , all other items are gone. I thought exept some specials like the 12* orbs the remaining items stay until 8th januar. Also my transaction history dosn't show the last items i redeemed and recieved in my ingame mailbox. However the amount of points left to spend is correct. Also on one day it was possible to charge as often as you liked without 48h break after reaching the spending limit. I assume thats where it broke

Please fix it before the promotion end i would like to spend that points.
