Possible bug on Rank 8 weapon purchase (still no fix)-No reply on ticket sent

1.Bought the reputation and got the rank 8 ring(General's Badge).
2. Went to the NPC (Ti Chien) in Thousand Streams to get the rank 8 weapon, specifically the Poleblade.
3. Talked to the NPC, looked at the option then got the quest for the rank 8 weapon(poleblade).
4. 4. Made sure I have more than enough coins on my inventory, submitted the quest but never got the weapon.
5. Result: Checked again my quest to make sure If I submitted the quest and I didn't see any quest related to rank 8 which means I submitted the quest but never got the weapon. Double checked the inventory and no Poleblade can be seen. Never had a chance to sold the wep to an npc accidentaly since I never got the weapon in the first place. Finally checked again on the npc if I still have the quest for the weapon but its only showing me the option quest for Poleaxe.

Sadly, you'll need to open a ticket for this issue to get the weapon you requested from the NPC.
Equally sad, they'll just tell you to post it on the forum as if anyone here could fix it for you.
Ride them until they resolve it, and if they tell you to post of the forum, tell them they're idiots. (Oh, and don't let them tell you that they don't have the materials available.)0 -
Submitted a ticket but they only told me that they forwarded my issue to the developer and like you said they asked me to post this issue here. I seems I just wasted game coins and real money for nothing.0

Personally, I'd keep pestering them. They don't need to forward the issue to the developers to get you your item. Sure, they need to do that to have the bug looked into, but make them give you the polearm in the meantime.0

I would ask them that if there is still no fix after this coming maintenance.0
