Charge reward fashion is not what is shown on page image

While is nice to have a fashion as a charge reward, but i feel disapointed that it does not match the fashion you advertise on Arc page. What we actualy get - is an old fash from packs, wich i already had 2 sets. is there any chance we will get a posibility to receive a fashion is advertised on page?

    This is false advertising.. and I'm a bit pissed about it.

    I submitted a ticket so hopefully it will be fixed.​​

    thanks for this - i was about to charge just to get that fashion that's shown. And how much do i have to charge to get it? And which fashion are they providing instead, please?

    3200 points you pay for that. its prety but its not new. and i charge it twice, for my 2 cahrs! silly me.

    somsone just gifted me this fashion thinking it was what was on the news page. im not complaining for myself becuase i didnt have this set yet. but for all those ppl that just charged to get the set specified on the news page and possibly got fashion they already had i bet theyre pretty pissed right now.

    Going to submit a ticket as well. Would never have gotten the fash if it was the same one. False advertisement, not much new from PWI.

    Thank you guys for catching another mistake! :p The correct information has been edited into blog. Who redeemed the fashion set before I post this (kidding, before 11/27 11:59 PM PDT), you will receive a FREE set as the one you saw on the original post!! The Checkered Holiday set! (And who made that wrong information is going to pay for all those nice fashion sets! >:)>:)>:) )
    We will have it done by next maintenance!

    same happen to me it was wrong fashion that i got wiht 3200 points i ready had that outfit hope i get new one as well pwi one mess up

    Pwi false advertise?? You mean like when they advertise certain packs are on sale say 30% off when they are NEVER sold at "regular Price" so how they heck does anyone believe they are on sale?

    A difference price is something COMPLETELY different then a different item being send out. Just saying.

    Did you get a response to your ticket?

    I had to provide a SS of the fashion I got... luckily I also SS'd the news page before it was changed showing the fashion that is now in the CS for 11 gold. It seems those answering support tickets don't know (yet maybe??) that there was an error....

    Yes I got that exact same ticket response, but I did NOT SS the page before they changed it... It's weird we get that kind of response while here on the post is being said it will be compensated.. Can we trust this will be done? Or do we need to fight with tickets again, because I did not SS the page before it got changed.

    You guys can also forward me the CS ticket number. New fashion set will be distributed on the maintenance 12/01/2015.
    My team updated the blog into correct information -- the image on the blog should match the real in-game item.
    (Yeah, I am thinking to upgrade that charge reward into the fashion set you like :wink: ) LOL

    Hello everyone,
    I want to make sure everyone is aware that: only the set you redeemed before 11/27 11:59 PM PDT will be qualified for the new fashion set reimbursement. More sets redeemed after that won't count in.

    if its not in the mail box check ur wardrobe or inventory, I know when they replaced one of my fash I lost, they had put it inside my inventory after maintenance. I haven't been able to get on yet to see if they have sent the fashion out yet but im hoping they did.

    Hmm I still have not received anything either, not in mail or inventory. Hope to get an update about this and that it will arive soon tho!

    The Checkered fashions are here! We are starting to mail them out to those of you who qualify, theyre on their way if you do, they will just take a little time.

    @elyora2 Yay xD its back its just so dang cute, its one reasons why I love pokemon, and na I think its just perfect amount of space :D
