Spend Promo Issue

Today I spent a total of 284.35 gold in the boutique today (Thanks for a decent chip sale finally) and did not receive complete spend rewards.

I received the following:
1x 20 event gold
1x war avatar pack: s
1x dragon orb ocean

It has been approximately 5 hours since the last purchase in the boutique and my spend rewards have not been completed fully. From the first 125 gold I am missing a war avatar pack A and I am missing the complete set from the second 125 gold spent. From the page it states it can be redeemed up to 5 times per account so I assume I am indeed meant to be receiving a second set of rewards for the amount I spent.

Things to note:
I got the 3 rewards I received during the mass spending.
I have checked mailbox numerous times.
I have signed out and in multiple times.

    Just wondering, shouldn't the Dragon Orb Flame already be in the rewards?
    According to this http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi/news/detail/9667163-black-friday-flash-sale-and-charge-promo it should've refreshed or something by now... or am i missing something?

    Per news information, the dragon orb flame coupon would be available in charge rewards tday, and it is not.

    As a general rule, you have to give it 2-3 days.

    Also merged all the threads on this. Learn how to look before you post. There's absolutely no reason for four threads on the exact same topic.​​

    It's all the same subject about not getting the orb. Charge/spend is basically the same difference as it's all linked to the news post here.​​

    To get the Dragon Orb Flame Coupon, it's in the charge rewards point redeem section, all you need is 32,000 point's to get one lol and will only be in rewards 11/28/15

    got same issue - spent 300 gold on 27th November and I haven't received a single! reward yet :(

    spend rewards are kinda wierd this time.
    I spent 125 gold for 500packs at one time. What I received is:
    2x 20 Event Gold
    1x War Avatar Pack: A

    spent 440 gold didnt receive a single item from spend promo

    I spent 630 gold on NoelKannagi on TT. I got all the event gold tickets (5). I think I got most of the pack a's, I'm missing most of the pack s's (opened so hard to know exact numbers). I only got 2 orb tickets.

    Currently, the only viable method is to write on your wall.
    Which is not exactly intuitive, but it's also not private.

    Trust me, I miss the messaging as well. I was supposed to have the ability as an administrator to message privately any player I would need to, but alas no permissions for me either. This is a Vanilla issue that I'm having addressed.

    You can using the "Warn" feature, but it's buggy.​​

    yah i got more S packs than A packs ( meaning didnt get some of the A packs i was suppose to) qq
