What happened to all the sales? I went to purchase a +12 orb or 3, and suddenly the boutique was glitched and nothing was there even after re-logging.

Remember the client instability that happened when they put the +11 and +12 on sale. They lied, they never fixed it

They may have just been doing something to the boutique for all the black friday sales or you may have just been sucked into the abyss where all the gremlins hide and they are doing freaky stuff to your toons
