    I'll keep pressing for answers, and as I've said before, I'll post them up as soon as I get them. We're getting answers and seeing some movement now. Some of these things are being discussed internally and it takes some time to get resolutions that I can share.

    It's just frustrating that we should have heard about this stuff forever ago, and we're just now at hearing about it maybe being discussed. Especially the faction icon issue. I mean seriously, that's got to be the biggest fail of all since the Support Staff don't even have a clue.

    I have a friend that was able to successfully submit a 32-bit transparent icon via the submission page, so now we'll have to wait a few weeks to see if it actually works. If it does, then we'll know for sure that the PWE support team is full of....​​
