Problem with returning warrior rewards

So I hadn't played for well over a month and i log on to my sin and he is able to grab the rewards for returning same as all my other toons but one. My DuskBlade. The little thing for it popped up but was grayed out and my quest log only has 3 things in it and i sent in a ticket and was told to post a post here which i don't really understand. I just want my legacy mark on that toon .-.

    What is your level? If you aren't high enough, you cannot receive it.​​

    there is a level req on that too? the character that won't receive it is 75

    Pretty sure you need to be 80 for that one.​​

    so lame when i sent in a ticket they didn't even mention that or anything .-.

    That's because the 25 underpaid college interns that they have supporting like 18 game titles with millions of users don't know jack about most of the games they support. Their usual answer for over a year now is to post on the forum. Even when it's an issue that only they could resolve.​​

    Actually you need to be 90 and have culti 89(sage/demon) done.
    However if you are reborn you can be under 90 because you are technically already above 100.

    how many days offline does a lvl 90 plus toon need to get the returning warrior exp buff?

    You dont need to have cultivation done. I've had the buff multiple times on a character that I havent bothered to do cultivation on yet, a so called 'pill baby'. It is Lv90 though...
    Amount of time is 14 days (336 hours) Though I usually stay off an extra day or two to make sure. Would sux logging in after lets say 335 hours.
    If you have another character, you can add your character to your other characters friendlist. The letter next to your map with a little heart on will show your friends that's been off for more than 16 days. You can just wait with logging in after the character pop up on that list if you dont wanna keep an eye on the days.​​

    I just logged back in today after being off for like a year on an RB2 cleric never got any notification or items for returning warrior :S

    thats because they patched it out of game. :(
