Login Error

A friend of mine is having issues getting onto her main character on the Ethrblade server but can log all her others one. She can login normally and when he chooses her cleric it says Cannot connect to server and returns to login screen, anyone know a fix for this? Doesnt appear to just be her computer because she has tried to login from several locations including my pc and i dont have an issue with any of mine.

    sounds like character stuck somewhere cant log in possible might be stuck on nation wars server or corrupt file verify the files afew times if that dont work she need submit a ticket​​
