PWCN has just released a new expansion and with it come new Primal Skill upgrades and a brand new ultimate skill for each class.

It would be nice to have some translation help for these skills as I'm not really familiar with all classes and can't read chinese.

I've already done the translation for archer skills below.
The super skill triggers a second skill like a duskblade I think.


Archer

Φ/Ω Thunder shock - Damage increased to base + 100% + 9020, metal debuff increased to 80% (from 50%)

Randomly triggers Σ Quickshot, Σ Lightning Strike, or Σ Take Aim
2nd skill receives 500% bonus weapon damage.

Σ Quickshot - 0.1s channel, 0.6s cast, , 3s cooldown, deals base + 200% + 12508, 30% attack speed increase for 10seconds
Σ Lightning Strike - 0.1s channel, 0.6s cast, 6s cooldown, deals base + 200% + 7588 metal damage and stuns for 3s
Σ Take Aim - 0.1s channel, 0.6s cast, 3s cooldown, deals base + 400%

    wow thats broken lol.... i can't imagine some of the op skills that will be released if that is archer..... (knowing china hates archers)... I mean after using that skill, the next shot is almost guarenteed to kill someone.
    I understand the sb upgrades, i will post later when i have time, only one part of 1 of the skills unclear.​​

    Next three attacks will crit. Lasts for 10 seconds. Note that some attacks cannot crit (Thicket and Absorb Soul, obv).

    Costs 50 chi.

    27m cast range
    2s channel time
    1.5s cast time
    30s cooldown

    Conjure thorny vines to choke your target,
    dealing 24 (instead of 12 currently) times your weapon damage plus
    7000 as Wood damage. Has a chance to
    silence and freeze the target.

    Costs 2 Sparks.

    Sage+demon versions same as they are now.

    Creation Nothingness Moving God (a.k.a. what Cragglord should have been)
    1.5s channel time
    1.5s cast time
    300s cooldown

    An ultimate summon basically. Seems to be able to reduce damage by 80% and cast a 10m AOE that does like 300% wood damage? Also something about limiting people's magic attack three times.

    If leeched, will grant 200% matk, 100% pdef and mdef, and 30% crit for 20sec.

    Lasts for 15 seconds.
    If not killed/leeched before hand, will disappear afterwards.

    And the very last skill is a Transfusion update which looks like it will only change the mp amount.

    Cleric~

    Razor Feathers
    28m cast range
    2.5s channel time
    1.5s cast time
    8s cooldown
    10 chi gained

    Draw power from your wings to fling dozens of magical
    quills at all enemies within 8 meters of your target.
    Deals base magic damage plus 360% of weapon damage plus 10466 (currently 3380 for reference).

    No cooldown in VD.

    Sage+demon versions same as they are now.

    Wield Thunder/Thunderball
    28m cast range
    2.4s channel time
    1.2s cast time
    8s cooldown
    15 chi gained

    Deals base magic damage plus 300% of
    weapon damage plus 9943 as Metal damage and
    shocks target for 12 seconds, dealing
    an additional 600% of weapon damage plus 6800 as Metal damage.

    Sage version now gives a guaranteed 30 chi. Demon version same as current demon wield version now.

    Aurora Blast (gonna be lazy here for these next two)
    Requires Violet Dance status.
    Range 28.5 Meters
    Mana 426
    Channel 1.0 seconds

    seconds. Also makes your pet immune to
    movement debuffs. Stacks with the Claw skill.

    Must be within 35 meters of your pet. Can cast in fox form.

    Costs 30 chi.

    Creation God-Called Technique
    28m cast range
    1s channel time
    4s cast time
    300s cooldown

    Deals base matk plus 850% weapon damage as wood damage
    plus 8242. This skill will also have additional attack effects in this order:

    1. Phoenix - 12m aoe freeze around the pet for 5sec
    2. Herc - 12m 20% amp around the pet for 6sec
    3. Harpy - 12m aoe 1 spark chi drain around the pet
    4. Monkey - 12m aoe 100% mdef break around the pet for 6sec
    5. Battlebot - 12m aoe purge around the pet


    Psychic~

    Disturb Soul
    Range  28.5  meters
    Channel 1.6  seconds
    Cast 1.2  seconds
    Cooldown 30.0  seconds

    Unbalance the target's soul with psionic waves,
    deals base matk plus 220% weapon damage plus 9736 as water damage and
    increases their channeling time by 80% for 12 seconds.

    Costs 30 Chi.
    Sage+demon versions same as they are now.

    RED TIDEEEEEEEEEEE
    Range  28.5  meters
    Channel 1.8  seconds
    Cast 1.2  seconds
    Cooldown 30.0  seconds

    Conjure a wave of blood to wash over all enemies
    within 8 meters. Deals base magic damage plus 230%
    of weapon damage plus 9538 as Water damage. Has an
    80% chance to cause enemies to bleed, dealing
    damage equal to your Soulforce over 9 seconds.

    Costs 1 spark
    Sage version has 50% chance to not consume chi. Demon version same as it is now.

    Tradewinds
    Channel 0.5 seconds
    Cast 0.5 seconds
    Cooldown 90.0  seconds
    Chi Gained 10

    Call upon the swift winds of the open
    sea to hasten an ally, increasing your
    target's movement/flying/swimming speed by 60% for 15 seconds.

    Creation Soul Festival True Tactic

    Reduce soulforce by 100% for 30sec in exchange for matk for 8sec?​​

    I tried using a different translater than usual, and it said something about it's the AoE damage taken that is reduced by 95% (yes in PvE) for the pet. though of course can't be sure tiger-27.gif

    I'm happy for the increased damage on venomous scarab, we poor venos needed it!​​

    Lots of dead mystics incoming. Kitty already can't stand mystics that use Befawking Creeper to ruin others' debuffs but at least she can ask them to use something else (or Kitty kills them if they don't listen). But soon they'll go "there's no other skills 'cause primal" and ignore Kitty even moar.

    Not sure if I like the combo plants or not. There's some places it will be amazing (like the Guardians/Nullifiers in 108 tower), but there's a lot of times I want a plant out but not one that does damage. Also chi cost for Befuddling now.

    Triple lucky break is going to be devastating though.

    I think this is either a damage absorption or some kind of attack modifier that lasts for Xsec.

    If anyone wants to have a go at it:
    "Move near God, the world No aspirant. Valkyrie into the
    Body, sustained% d seconds, every cast an injury during the skills,
    The next time damage skills by injury 10%, the maximum can be superimposed to
    100%."

    Edit- Credit to taisenofazuresky for this: "Last BM ulti, for those of you wondering, its ramping dmg. I beleive its for 20 seconds every skill the BM uses increase the BMs dmg by 10% stacking up to 100% dmg"​​

    New ultamate skill:
    450 mana

    For X seconds, all players and mobs within 15 meters every second get the following applied: decreases attack speed by 200%, channeling time increased by 100%. Furthermore, players have physical and magical resistances reduced by 80%! 40% for mobs.
    ***Anti-drop effect can be superimposed with the original effect of reducing defense. This should mean this reduction either cannot be purified off and/or cannot be stopped. Furthermore will most likely also stack with other reducing effects.

    **Unsure if this skill requires the user to remain in a channeled state like lunar sacrifice, if it does it sucks even if you can move. If it is like an aura, you become a walking, casting, battle hazard.

    Call Lightning
    331 mana
    1.9 sec cast
    1.6 sec channel
    cd 30 sec
    change:
    Base + 290% ->450% wep damage + 6591->12047. Also detonates all thundersnow stacks for additional damage.

    during channel of skill you first heal to full health, faith + 75% damage reduction during channel, end of channel heal to full again then AD for 2 sec. NEW PART! Upon recieving the AD part of the skill, everything within a 10M radius of you is stunned

    Sage reduces damage by 80%
    demon is 4 sec AD instead of 2

    Need help on last skill, translations are horrible!

    Waxing Crescent
    400 mana
    cast instant

    Old version: skill says increases area and range of skills by 15 meters for 8 seconds. In reality, skill is broken and only increases the range of the skills, not the area as well.

    New version: It can be cast from the target range of skills and maximum effective distance
    Were increased from 15 meters, sustained nine seconds; reducing singing time
    50% Duration: Each puck 3 seconds; each mine
    Ball attack rating increased 10 points, sustained nine seconds.

    that is raw translation, what I gather:
    suppost to actually work correctly and increase range and area now for 9 sec instead of 8. Additionally, and this is the OP part, you gain 50% channeling. that means average r9s will have over 80% channelingtiger-11.gif.... sounds mad op.
    Next part i can't make heads or tails of it but something to do with our balls, possibly increases the duration or channeling% or attack lvs???

    **there should be another 2-3 skills according to mel's video when she went through the tabs at the npc, however those are not showing or not showing correctly in the pastebin.​​

    Barb skills getting an upgrade are
    Flesh Ream (just more damage)
    Slam (more damage plus a debuff that reduces 100% attack from targets, idk if it's phys or magic, or both)
    Bestial Rage (more chi per hit taken, plus upgraded shield, something changes on the shield mechanic but, i don't understand it)
    And the ultimate skill, it's a new tiger form skill, 12 meters aoe damage skill, with extra damage based on our max HP with a % chance to cause paralysis.

    Hmm, I have mixed feelings about the Venomancer skill upgrades. I do not want any OP or game-breaking skills in any way, but these upgrades are a bit... weird? I'd need to actually experience them in-game before I form a full opinion on them.

    However, here are my initial thoughts for each skill. Of course these might change with more information or after experiencing them in-game myself (which will take quite a while since then):

    Venomous Scarab upgrade is definitely great! It's our main DD skill (due to skills' cooldowns) so the extra damage helps a lot.

    Heal Pet is definitely nice, but if it's for PvE only it's a bit disappointing. I'd like a damage reduction for PvP. Just something like 30% or so. Something that's not unfair, but still helps the pets a little. I can definitely see PvE-only Venomancers or simply those that like/do PvE a lot to be really happy about the skill though!

    Natural Synergy has a reduced chi cost. That's really good because people rarely used that skill honestly. This means Sage Venomancers can get an anti-stun for 30 chi and Demon Venomancers have a second anti-stun that doesn't cost one spark, although there's always the free Summer Sprint. Maybe Demons can combo it with Ironwood proc, either when their Arcane Antinomy is on cooldown or to help pop a defence charm while dealing decent damage. The question is, how often is the pet alive for this to be used? XD Depends on where and who you fight I guess.

    Creation God-Called Technique. Damage seems pretty awesome. Is it just single target? Doesn't say anything about AOE. Four second cast time means you can't reduce it (it's not channeling) and people can see you casting it and easily interrupt you (unless you immune or they don't notice you) or they can simply kill your pet to avoid the additional effect.

    If the additional effect is really based on summoned pet... it's a bit weird. There are different scenarios. One is they don't notice you and you get away with this (do-able in TW/mass PvP sometimes). Makes for a good troll.

    But they can also notice and interrupt you or kill you pet. Also, what if you have to summon a certain pet for a certain effect you want? That takes a bit of time to set up then. In the case of TW/mass PvP etc. pets can easily die from AOEs unless it's a Monkey with base buffs (even then, Monkey can die fast) before you're done casting the skill or before you even initiate it.

    An 100% m.def break isn't that strong/great at endgame. It helps, yeah, but I'd probably go for the AOE Purge, so unless its some new pet or something.. it's going to be a regular pet that can die easily? Also, what's up with needing the Legendary pets for this? It's just... WEIRD!!! and a bit sucky you gotta pay 150mil or however much pets costs nowadays (or more for Harpy/Monkey) if you want the different bonus effects O.o


    Well, that's that. Not trying to rant here. Just putting my thoughts on paper. Like I said, my view of the skills can and will change once we actually experience them in-game.

    Mystic can summon a God now? If so mystics has just become Lucy Heartfilia clones. Cause Lucy summoned Celestial Spirit King which is a kinda a God if you think.

    china loves healer classes it seems. mystics have already been strong and this update will make them pretty OP in 1vs1 situations (but also group fights)

    oh and..clerics super annoying metal mode debuffs even stronger now? they dont seem to have 54 k SF clerics over there...

    The damage component seems to be single target or at least there's no mention of aoe outside of those effects.

    "The Taming of the art to the limit of Yaozu secret law. Target
    Made 5 attacks, resulting in total additional basic magic attack
    850% attack power equipment, wood system damage plus 8242.

    Skills 2 Add the following effects:
    Section: Summon Ming Zun Phoenix, which makes around itself within 12 meters
    The enemy fixed body 5 seconds;
    Sec: Call Juling Shen, which makes around itself within 12 meters of
    Enemy hurt deepened by 20% for 6 seconds;
    Three sections: Summon nine Kunpeng, which makes around itself within 12 meters
    The enemy a little less real dollars;
    Four: Summon Monkey, which makes around itself within 12 meters
    The enemy magic defense reduced by 100% for 6 seconds;
    Five sections: Summon battle droids, which removes itself around 12
    Positive state enemies within meters."

    At first I thought it did like five attacks or something, but makes most sense that it probably depends on pet summoned and, reading it again, seems like the attack will be coming from the pet.

    Mystic can summon a God now? If so mystics has just become Lucy Heartfilia clones. Cause Lucy summoned Celestial Spirit King which is a kinda a God if you think.


    Yeah, but she had to sacrifice permanently her Aquarius key, so that sucks.

    At first I thought it did like five attacks or something, but makes most sense that it probably depends on pet summoned and, reading it again, seems like the attack will be coming from the pet.

    Hmm, well, until we get an official translation or information from someone who has tried the skill out, we won't know for sure how it works, but so far I don't quite like it. I just see too many drawbacks/concerns so in such a case I'd rather a weaker skill that I can use better than something with strong damage and effect but has these... weird requirements. fox-16.gif

    I do hope it doesn't come from the pet though. That means you need to send it in the crowd to apply the AOE bonus effects, but that just makes it easier to get the pet killed. I mean... a Venomancer sitting there casting a skill for 5 seconds (channeling + casting) with a pet in the crowd? That's preeeetty obvious lol.

    That's not to say I won't try to find the best use for this skill, but in theory it is weird. Anyway, thank you very much for all the translation work you're doing. It's really helpful. I didn't actually thank you in my first post.

    I will just summarize what skills got changed, so here goes

    Night Howler will now give a 10 second antistun to yourself when cast.

    Distant Cloud's attack range is increased to 10 meters.

    Settling Ripple's attack damage is increased to 550% of weapon damage plus 16572 (from 400% plus 9612).

    King Night

    225 mana
    Instant Cast
    Cooldown: 5.0 min.
    Required to Cast: nine-soul (an item from the new dungeon)

    Gain a buff that reduces ranged damage by 99% if at least 8 meters away from the target (stronger version of Blood of the Nightshade passive). Lasts for 15 seconds.
    Also instantly cools down every skill you have (except the skill itself).

    Sins get Earthen rift "our strongest PVP 1 shot move" integrated as 4 other skills that now will hit just as hard - While earthen Rift also gets increased in damage. I can't wait to see the look on all the dead's face when i get that upgrade.​​

    Over the past month I have been considering if I should replace either my monkeys pounce or his physical defense buff with the magic defense buff, since I don't fight physical classes as much as I use to when I first got my monkey. Now with this information about increased damage on venomous scarab, less chi cost on natural synergy and special effects on new skill, all when pets are summoned, I am probably going remove pounce for increased overall survival. He will need it.​​
