QUESTION: Illusionary Crystals - 1-95 Leveling Stone

It has been a long time thrown under the rug but weren't we promised this item as a boutique item? Just want to make sure because there's been a lot of "We know but don't say anything" going on over at PWE.

    technically true but it really does imply soon/immediately after

    think when we normally speak, i will do x and i will do y after, you dont notmally mean youll do y 6 months after x....

    Correct. 6 months later and still no update or word on the progression of what was "STATED" as an item that would be available after the promotional period.

    6 months later and we still don't have a fully rolled out expansion.

    PW China doesn't give a rat's **** about the rest of the world. And PWE here in the States seems to be routinely turned upside down and shaken like a snowglobe every year or so.

    Try not to expect much from these guys. If you want updates, and cool stuff, go to a PS.

    The stone was a very bad idea.And if it does come out then you will have mega CS'ers lvling their bh bot multiple toons to 100 or buying a lot of them to lvl to 105 with ease..

    People already leveled their other toons to 100 with the stones they gave out for free. Some people made multiple accounts, and had a lvl 100 toon within minutes. Who ever would have bought it, probably wont now. Unless for the new class, as I believe the free stone wouldnt work on the new class.

    Both ideas are bad.
    $60 is approximately 165mil. For this money you can buy 800 openers. that means 2 months of PV 14 times per day.
    Or even better, buy runs and do nothing while someone else plvling you.
    Who would pay $60 for a toon you still need to work with (culti, lvl to 100 from 95) or $120 for BH hoe? It will take million of days for it to pay off.

    I dope they'll put it in-game, but who knows, it wont hurt anymore as bad as it did once before. Back to do some chores (They should fix the forums instead of giving us event promos.)

    60$ isn't relatively much, but when you want proceed in-game more, you're most likely going to Rwt a lot. I think that somewhat 70% of us have done it, once or multiple times. Case closed?

    Seems like they have gotten something wrong, been here since 09/05/2010.... (deleted the double, By editing this, lol).

    My guess is they looked at some other games, where you can buy almost-max level for ~$60, and said "Hey, let's do that too!"


    What they seem to be ignoring is that on PWI, getting "near max level" is nowhere near equivalent to having access to endgame/current content or avoiding most of the grind. You'd be spending $60 to skip maybe 3% of the process of creating a new character.

    the crystal has been on rotation in the CS at least once that i can think of, but i am certain this is not the first time it's been in the cs this year

    due to mishaps in my past few years in game, I do NOT accept random invites (faction/squad/friend no randoms period) NOR will I give buffs (cleric/barb/sin/exp if i have it) to random people because they ask. If I DO give buffs to a random person, it's because of a random whim (much like the red detonator button sitting at my desk that i will one day push at a random whim)
    Also do NOT look at my gear and then proceed to pm me asking to buy my gear or for a loan of coin. It's just plain rude.
    I have too many toons to name, but if you play on Etherblade server and you come across a toon that acts this way, or if the world is suddenly destroyed, it was probably me.

    This is a necro, if the items coming out are the same, illusion crystal gives an exp book, if you are roughly lvl 80 and use that crystal, you go to lvl 100~101. Look at the wiki and calculate what level you need to be to use that crystal to hit 100.​​
