Quickshot now costs two sparks

As one of the most overpowered classes currently in the game, I for one think is a much needed skill balancer.

Recently during PvP gameplay I was experiencing mass chi issues, I had so much chi I was struggling to contain my demon from spontaneously erupting over nearby targets.
