I have never had problems running pwi, but the last few days i have horrible lagspikes.
I have windows 8.1
If i bypass ARC I have no problems at all, but if I log on with ARC the game stops every few minutes.
Anyone else have this problem?

Seems that I fixed it. Reinstalled ARC and it works fine again now0
