Text error for bm skill or error with skill

Tiger leap says it cost 25 chi. Leap back says it cost 15. Both cost 10. My question is...is this a text error or were they supposed to cost that (I hope the former is the problem)

    When in doubt, assume that the chi taken is the correct amount and that it's a translation error.
    And it is, chinese version states 10 chi for both of them.​​

    GG so...this has been a text error for so long...could the devs maybe work on fixing this? I haven't really used leaps as much before cuz I thought the chi consumption was what it said and never questioned it. Now that I know they are becoming a regular part of my strategy.
