[BUG] Returning Player Reward - Cannot Accept "Quest List Full"

So I have an issue where I returned to playing PWI (From about 8-12 months ago, I do not remember) and not knowing of many changes. I noticed a large "Returning Player" reward pop up on my screen, despite my efforts to gain this "reward" which was a exp/spirit/vitae bonuses, I was instead greeted with a "Cannot accept quest, quest list full". I emptied my quest list to try and accept it, STILL "Full", it didn't work on any of my characters on the account. So I pressed the x on the corner NOW it's gone for good, I can't recieve the promo. Someone please help?

    re-reading what you wrote i am a bit confused as to exactly what is going on. your mailbox may be full so try to empty that out a bit. what is your level? you may want to look at the news posts and find the announcement for the returning friends reward, it will give you all the requirements. you may not be able to see it due to your mailbox being full but i can be wrong.

    you may also get a better answer if you submit a ticket about the issue.

    Both you and the player you want to invite back must be 90+ (can be less than 90 if reborn) and have 89 demon/age culti done. If you or the friend doesn't met the requirements you will see "Quest List Full" error. The error might also show up if you send invitation to multiple friends one after one within short time range (a second or so between clicks) but it is solved by waiting 2-3 secs between each invite.

    And if you didn't get rewards after YOU returned(and you are 90+ and have the 89 demon/sage culti done) - empty your inventory. I am not sure how much inventory you must have but returning gives you hp charm, mp charm, item for exp, item for att, item for title and probably some more stuff(which already makes 5+). You need to have enough inventory spots to recieve all of them in one go.
