Account made in 2008, problem with email. I was sent by the GM to ask you guys whats going on.

Hello, my problem is as it follows. This account was made in 2008 in the good old times when refining to +12 used to cost 11.630 $ ( *cough* new car *cough* ) and TT 90 weapons were the best u could get.Since then and until the present times, my email received nothing else but commercials from PWI. No promotion codes, no other kind of messages.So im wondering if something is not working at their end since i dont get any other kind of other emails, or im doing something wrong ? Please if someone knows, explain it to me. I allready thought in advance and sent in a ticket regarding this problem and this was the message i got:

Yes, i was sent to ask on forums about this, aparently the players are the one that can fix my problem not the GM.So please, feel free to say ur opinion about this and what should i do to get it fixed.Ty in advance.

Sorry, but you cannot quote support responses.

In the end though, they are pretty much full of ****. This is the nature of support these days.

In the end though, only they can look into it. It may be managed by a different part of the company, but they are the ones that are supposed to provide you that kind of support.
My vote is to keep harassing them.

So i should just keep sending 1 ticket per day untill i get a proper response ? Can they block my account or something for harassing them like this ?

Wait until the first one is closed, but yes. And if you're ever spent money on the game, contact the BBB.

They shouldn't block your account, but they can. Hell, the way the ToS is worded, they could shut the servers down because they thought they saw a fly in the office and there's nothing we can do about it. It's very unlikely that they would block your account for pushing them to do their freaking job.

Check you mail filters. If ur getting promo emails could be that. Add pwe tovur safe senders to. Hope that helps. It often wise to check ur junk mail as well. So I remember hotmail had the most problems with this. Yahoo not to far behind. Just keep in mind they use different mail address for different things.

Obvious things to try if you haven't already:
1. Click on your user profile (top of this page click on Waterdrop, then click edit profile and check what email address is there. Is this the same email address you think the account is linked to.
2. Check your other emails addresses.
