    I think the main reason no one believes you is because PWE always frowned heavily on this before. LOL
    GM's and CM's were allowed to play the game, but revealing one's identity was not kosher. (there were some favoritism issues early on that caused this.)
    I wish I played on that server more, but I don't have a lot of free time for alts these days.​​

    Like I've said earlier in my introduction thread... I have a different type of management style. Now I still need permission to join factions and everything, BUT I feel that the best way to affect change is to not hide it. I'm vocal, and I refrain from using GM characters whenever I can. Because wheres the fun in omnipotence? There is none. I like playing, so I'll play. :)

    This game has some differences between classes. So it is interesting to know, what is class of player, what style of game he use and what gear and how he got to play. Wizard, for example, is rare class.

    why are you leveling tho? there are insta lvl 95 pills available and trust me the leveling part is the 0.01% to do in this game, you should get your insta level and focus on other more time consuming things such as primal dailies egg-23.gif​​

    Well welcome to the server.

    Also is kind of sad that during your first days of play you already have to deal with things like what happened today on world chat, but sadly that is almost standard nowadays on this game.

    Still, all i can say is, enjoy the game for what it is, and good luck leveling B)

    Anyway, people in PWI like to hate a lot for whatever "reason" they can come up with. You can't really imagine the amount of hate Kitty gets just for the way she writes unless you played on Tideswell. Those hating Kitty for her noob-detesting attitude are just a small minority compared to those who judge Kitty purely on her writing.

    Domino, just keep your head up and don't let the ebil words get to you if meanie people try to put you down. You've already shown how you're more interested in this game than any other CM during the time Kitty's played.    ​​

    @kittyempressa Just your typical, every day world chat hating between two players. One of the players was being particularly vulgar. Domino issued a few warnings in world chat, requested everyone watch their language and said he was recording, but it continued. He warned one player by name, but it had no effect. I'm sure we can expect some temp bans soon.

    Finally the obscene world chat on Etherblade server gonna be stoped.
    I am sure it continued cause they had no idea who Domino is.

    @bloodedone87 At least some of them knew. I think they're just testing him. Either way, I'd like to see some of this chat reigned in. Freedom of speech is great and all, but the game certainly has a right to set rules to prevent harassment, racist and sexist speech, and vulgar language. This game isn't the place for that.

    Well may be time to bring up the ga program. It was sent to help with that problem.

    Either that or more active GMs ingme. Hopefully when things have cooled off with things my end I'll be able to say hi my self.

    Dear Domino, I play Etherblade as well. I failed to notice what was going on, but I am sorry if anyone offended you or made you feel bad. I leave world chat turned off a lot, as what goes on there sometimes is rather depressing. I guess you are playing to learn to know the game and the players, and keep world chat on. Do not let world chat ruin your day, there are so many very nice people on the server. I will be happy to help you anytime I am not afk.

    I hope they're okay with your management style! Personally, I like where your management style is going.
    It's like retail business... you get higher ups telling you what needs to be done and how; yet they've never set foot in their own stores or worked there.

    Also for factions it may be difficult, I can say for one thing is that you most likely may not be able to participate in a Territory War faction as it plays in favoritism, or people will see it as such. And if by chance you do manage to join a TW faction, every time that faction wins it will be whining and drama over that "Oh you have a GM in faction.. blah.. blah..."

    So you'll see lots of different faces if that happens :D
    But... if you're interested in a TW faction... I'm just saying, Join Historic when you reach our level requirement ;D

    Keep it going. My style of working is different to everyone I work with. But I get better results on show and paper. Keep up the good work!

    normally i would welcome you to Etherblade, but since i've barely been in game that past few weeks, it doesn't seem like much of a welcome. That kind of happens when I'm too busy writing stories on a laptop that i chose not to install ARC on. Only came on my gaming pc to check the forums.
    My word of Advice for Etherblade. Get to know the leader of PWAcademy, QuackerBear, from the Heaven's Tear side of Etherblade, he's well known for helping GMs (mostly a GM player named BearClaw) by getting information on hackers and scammers. You'll find him more than eager to help you with problems in game.

    Good luck, and if you happen to see a male cleric (supposedly they're rare on Etherblade) named Sarthallunox feel free to ask help.
    PS Putting my signature aside. I offered the help and i know your toon's name, so i wouldn't consider that random

    Etherblade Server
    due to mishaps in my past few years in game, I do NOT accept random invites (faction/squad/friend no randoms period) NOR will I give buffs (cleric/barb/sin/exp if i have it) to random people because they ask. If I DO give buffs to a random person, it's because of a random whim (much like the red detonator button sitting at my desk that i will one day push at a random whim)
    Also do NOT look at my gear and then proceed to pm me asking to buy my gear or for a loan of coin. It's just plain rude.
    I have too many toons to name, but if you play on Etherblade server and you come across a toon that acts this way, or if the world is suddenly destroyed, it was probably me.
