I just recently experience somthing pretty bad my cards in war avatar bag was becoming full , so I devour on spare cards to save space since my candleflame cards was all max and it's the set I am currently using, well now was using since some type of lag or somthing after making sure my duke black was in right spot to devour I clicked some c cards and they get stuck sometimes game was slowed down and I look at my card and it was max and that shouldn't have happen I found reason it ate my A locen card baacially ruining my toon since the set I built my stats around I contacted our cm and was told to post here and send ticket, not sure why it glitches like that but my duke black is max and I lost my locen so I cannot have set bonus on candleflames set anymore if I can have it restored the card that was deleted on that glitch it would restore be back to previous stats ty. The Duke black card was 11/40 before this glitch happen and the Locen was 40/40

The only help you could possibly get is through support.

Most likely, they will tell you to post in the forum. If they actually provide an answer, they'll probably tell you that you should be more careful and it's your loss. (either that, or that they don't have enough cards sitting around to be handing them out.)

you devour your lv 40 card to lv duke blake. easy.
You probably messed up somewhere and search for excuses and lag comes to mind for alot of stuff which doesnt make sense at all because you probably had that card equipped right?
You cant devour equiped cards so you rightclicked the duke card, it got equipped and devour your locen card to max out duke.

It was 90% a players fault for not paying close attention but maybe you have luck and get your card replaced.

im sorry but they wont do any thing for you .... also if you had a lvl 40 locen card and a lvl 11 duke black it would have made you confirm you wanted to devour locen into black sayen somethen along the lines of such and such card xp will be wasted in doing so.... so in other words you had to click twice to do what you just said lag would have played no factor in this at all....

Excuse me but why the comments that its its my fault? I simply was asked to post here in general as requested and list what happened like I was asked , and was also asked to contact support by our new CM the very same gentleman that constructed an earlier post, I asked him for advice on who or what if who any I should contact because of this situation , btw the card in question(duke) somehow ended up in my destroyer slot which the card was devoured from I had that card in my life prime slot before the issue so suddenly cards randomize? Locen was in the destroyer slot , and I lost my Locen after this 10% margin your talking about razza, so I'm doing what I was asked to possble resolve my issue , I get why Thunder is here and his presence is appreciated and warranted , you razza however offer nothing except perhaps of your bad spelling of the Duke card.

because "lagging out" is a general excuse for players who messed up.
I really doubt that you "lagged" and somehow the game did some random things on their own, you just messed up and got things confused and clicked too fast maybe?
Im not here to offend you or anything but just to say that you probably wont get any help or get the card replaced because "lagging out" is not the reason for everything you know. When people get away with that kind of statement gee i dont know what would lot lag and how i could make profit out of this.

bad spelling of the duke card? what does that even have to do with anything? searching for reasons now because my theorie might be true? oh well.

i would be real curious why "lagging out" would just randomly devour your card (which was equipped) and got replaced for the duke card which then devoured the lv 40 card you are speaking of and making duke lv 40 despise that its not even the right place for the duke card to be for messing up with rightclicking? you literally have to drag and drop the duke card to that slot so it can be there and "lagging out" does not do that for you. you must have had some serious PC problems or freezes (while moving the mouse blindlessly obviously) and somehow replace a card.
still its not PWI fault and you have to pray for mercy of the support to get it replaced.

What the rest are saying is that it's very easy to double click on a card in your bag and have it swap with the one of the same type that is equipped. Then you hit devour and suddenly your leveled card is gone.

This is what happens when you do not pay close attention to what you are doing. The others are also saying since you most likely were careless with what you were doing the possibility is remote any GM is going to help you replace your card. You're just going to have to get another and start over with it. That is most likely going to be your issue resolution.

Also, you need to realize that you are posting in a public forum and people are permitted to reply to your posts whether you like what they say or not. Better get used to that.

Yep, everyone's pretty much summed it up.
Whether you like to hear it or not, razzzza, jadasia, and comeonnow are all correct.

There are safeguards in place against performing the action, and if you've got low FPS or a high latency, then you should know better than to randomly click around. (I personally don't see how lag (latency) would cause this issue at all.)

I've said my piece and did what I was asked to do and posted here and also sent in a ticket as well , tbh binding cards is not a bad idea ,it would absolutely prevent the problem I had , I will not go further in explanation as this post orginally was not meant for anybody else cept the CM who asked me to post in general, anything said after negatively is just beating a dead horse so to speak.

How would I know your story is real? How would a CM knows you are telling the true or a lie?
Anyone can make up a story like yours: '' Hey I accidentally I devoured a card I didnt want to devour. Can I have it back?''
Can you prove what you are saying? If your ticket to PW was nothing but a wall of text with nothing to prove that wall of text maybe that is why they send you on forums. PW needs evidence. They cant take everyone word for granted.

On binding, there is no reason as the cards are not tradeable and not droppable. You just need to pay attention to what you're doing.
