I never got it either.

This is the 2nd event that pwi does me wrong, I lost hope in receiving any kind of item that is sent by codes or mail from pwi.The first time I didn't receive the 10 million hp charms, I send a ticket and the gm tells me I didn't meet requirements which is funny because it sounded like he had no clue when my account was created and answered blindly,now I don't even get this event gold code or wat ever bs...am done you can mail whatever you want,when ever you want. I'll just keep playing with the disadvantages due to trash customer service, Just doesn't feel great when I am buying hp charms and people get them free from pwi...

Do either of you get any emails from PWE? If you don't, you might want to make sure you have that option set up in your account settings, that they aren't going into a spam folder in your email (put them in your contacts list maybe) and that they have a valid email address for you.

As for the cashing, I don't think that mattered either. At least from what people said in that other thread. Some were cashers, some weren't.

I don't know if these email codes are the new "thing" for PWE but I still have free HP charms in my mailbox from codes that weren't given thru email. They've given so many things via non-emailed codes over the last few years that I've played that it's a bit silly to hear people complain over one or two things that, for whatever reason, they didn't receive.

What I will agree with though is that they should rethink these things in the future to make sure it's a bit more fair to everyone. For example (this is in no way a complaint, just an example):

The events for only the accounts made when the game first launched. It's one thing to give separate player groups a chance to enter events (2008-2010 for example and another event for the 2010-2012, etc.) but it's another to just leave a majority of the player base out completely.​​

If you read in that thread sheepclouds stated that it was done in a raffle format, so only random people were selected to get the codes. Their explanation for this was that they only had a limited amount of the physical items (some sort of plushie).

To me, there is no excuse for not giving the whole playerbase the codes for NON-LIMITED items, which would be the mount and following event gold. The plushie should have been a whole separate email. At the very least it does not make sense to give a second email with event gold to the same people that already got the mount.​​
