I'am not receiving mail Promo's fr: PWI

I have been playing from back in 2010
I miss a day here or there but nothing serious. sometimes I am to sick to play.
I love the game the graphics and everything is mind blowing, gratz to you PWI

But on the down side I don't seem to get mail
I am missing every promotion, for a while I just didn't mind, but now its starting to upset me.
For Example this new Anniversary Promo. & every year previous.

I don't put money into the game we area low income family, but I love playing, my husband works 2 jobs, and is gone a lot.
Could you check my info for my account and figure this problem out?
I've missed so many promo's and Anni, gifts

I would greatly appreciate Something anything its tough to catch up to the cash shoppers

    They used to have an option where you could deny getting "spam" from PWI. This often prevents the promotions from being sent to you. I don't believe it's an option to set since they moved everything over to Arc, so it you had set it previously, you will need to submit a ticket.

    Also, check your spam filters. Even if you download your mail with Outlook, your ISP may be using an additional spam filter in their webmail system. If it's filtered on their end in webmail, you'll never see it in Outlook (Or whatever mail client you use).

    After you've double-verified that it's not being filtered, you'll want to double-check that the email address is correct in your account settings. Barring all that, the only other option would be to submit a ticket on the issue.​​

    wow thx , I have nothing in spam I checked but maybe i had set not to be subscribed?
    I wrote a Ticket... sadly instead of an answer they sent me here on 3 accounts, it makes me feel so low that even though I've played non stop 7 yrs, I am not important.
