Hey, so i've been out of pwi for a LONG time, was some others games, but im coming back and starting a new character, so are there any tips or help anyone can give me? :)

    While leveling up is much easier now, with all the extra dailies for lvls 85-98, and other quests being nerfed to give more exp than they used to, Getting to 100 is simple enough, but then factor in getting your gear and working on your meridian and title quests for bonus stats
    Then do the Reawakening. You go back to lvl 1 gain bonus primary stat (vit mag str and dex) points to distribute based on how high you were above lvl 100, have an exp multiplier from everything except Realm of Reflection, until you get back to 100, but you also unlock new areas for questing and new dungeons. You do this not once but twice, then after you reawaken you need to work on the RA culti (also called Boundry Level) then War Avatars (a collectable, character bound card system you equip for stats, bonus stats if you have a complete set) and Star Charts recently added with some stats (the penetration ones) only being available through them.
    Even if you use items like Ancestor's Gift or Legacy mark, it will still take a long time to get a brand new character to completely end game stats. i don't mind taking that long, but most people (doesn't mean you are one of them) who post this question are looking for immediate endgame status.

    If immediate endgame is what you want....
    Step 1) Uninstall immediately
    step 2) RUN. RUN from the amount of time and effort it will take to get your endgame and in the meantime also Run from the entertaining but horrid World Chatting. Those trolls are fed on an hourly basis, and it's the same boring "i'm better than you cause i pk," "Come out to West and prove it" kind of sh*t, with sprinkles of someone with no proof calling someone else a scammer. or the good old "don't join a faction cause it sucks for having this one person someone doesn't like"

    If you arent the kind to seek immediate gratification, then welcome back, hope to see you in game. And please prepare yourself. buy a large bowl and various seasonings to your taste, butter and lots and lots of popcorn. P.S. if you're lucky someone in world chat will spare you the cooking and sell popcorn

    due to mishaps in my past few years in game, I do NOT accept random invites (faction/squad/friend no randoms period) NOR will I give buffs (cleric/barb/sin/exp if i have it) to random people because they ask. If I DO give buffs to a random person, it's because of a random whim (much like the red detonator button sitting at my desk that i will one day push at a random whim)
    Also do NOT look at my gear and then proceed to pm me asking to buy my gear or for a loan of coin. It's just plain rude.
    I have too many toons to name, but if you play on Etherblade server and you come across a toon that acts this way, or if the world is suddenly destroyed, it was probably me.

    Thanks for all the advice guys :) and ty for the insight into reawakening, didn't know an ascension type system was in this game, will make playing a lot more fun.
