Any word on when they will return to the boutique?
If they're not, is there any way to farm them ingame other then 10 a day?

    As for word on when they return to the boutique....

    You'll know as soon as either
    A. They announce it.
    B. It shows up in the boutique.

    I still don't understand why people ask if anyone knows when something is going to happen before it happens. PWE cannot communicate the basics, much less the future decisions of the marketing team. Whatever gives you the idea that players would know beforehand?​​

    Honestly, thats the answer i expected. I was more hoping for an answer to the second question.

    click on show on all quests, all those quests give chips. Some are active, some are not.

    You can farm them through bh 100, cube, city of abominations event on wednesdays, from tigers event on mondays, and also from the divine emissary quests that are enabled after bh.
