Payments on Arc

Anyone else having issues with Checkout not working when trying to make a purchase? Seems to be stuck on spinning after clicking checkout.​​

    Are you paying with your paypal account? If yes, the spinning happens when your transaction is rejected by paypal. And it can be rejected from paypal:
    - either because you reached your spend limit on Paypal
    - or because you reached your spend limit on your bank account linked to your paypal.

    In my case, I have charged 1 hour ago and all went fine.

    How can I tell which of the two is the issue? It's not giving me any sort of error message like it should if something is wrong.

    Would like to solve whatever the heck is preventing me from charging gold like normal BEFORE the promo is over.

    Call PayPal support and they ll tell you if they blocked your transaction or if it is your bank.
