PWI working on Windows 10?

I used FW, ChampsOL and PWI a few years ago on Win 7 and all was well. I have recently upgraded my system to Windows 10, have used FW and it works fine. Now I installed and started PWI and it's not working. Maybe there are known fixed you can point me to:
(1) Can't set the graphics to full screen 1920x1080 to match my monitor. When I do, it flashes or goes black. Tried various settings - v-synch on and off and a few other things. Looks like it won't run full screen. So I reduced it to 1680x1050 windowed and it comes up. Of course I want to run it in Full Screen HD mode. Anybody else seen this? FW works fine, but is happier being Windowed, HD rather than Full Screen.

(2) Can't log into my account. Says "You have been Disconnected." and wants me to log in again. Looks like my account is passed from Arc launcher to client, but login fails. I made sure that Elementclient.exe was allowed in the Windows Firewall.

I have an updated Windows 10 system.
