"Could Not Retrieve Character List" logging in

I'm a former HL player now stuck on the Europa server. Every time I try to log in on any account I get "Could Not Retrieve Character List".

Is the player vault working?​​

    According to world chat on Dawnglory a lot of people have this problem, and just now a mass DC happened

    I hope it wont be same as for the other server (cant recall which one exactly was) then they had to do major roll-back. I remember it was same issue D: Tell us atleast whats goin on people

    for me- i can only log in in etherblade server...it keep sending me there even if i choose eu server....

    Since ~3 pm (Server Time) this error exists on Dawnglory.
    I got it as well as I wanted to relog my character and was not able to relog.

    I tested it also with my second account and asked some other players from my faction who all get the same error.
    Therefore, it should be most probably an error from PWI side.

    An official statement, that someone is working on it or someone taking care would be very nice.
    Aw, I see the same challenge as usual: Communication!

    They are still sleeping. It's like 7AM in USA. They will become aware of the issue and perhaps answer something when they get to work - about 9AM their time or so. For now they don't have any idea anything is wrong.

    Time is always an issue with Europe. It's the same with codes - they post codes in middle of night for us and as we wake up the redeem amount limit is already done.

    Going to mess about on a different server till Ernie the Engineer fixes Dawnglory.

    lol this game be completely dead, gg pwi - just so you know am getting alot of ppl to stop cash shopping until you fix your **** laggy servers and correct the event times (add event times multiple slots) as promised (On DawnGlory)
