Problem with shifting sky chain quest

I don't know if anyone got that problem for the moment. But I have a problem with the chain quest of the new boundarie. The problem is, I just dont have it my seeker got it but not my barb. So I would like to know if someone had that problem and if someone found the solution. If noone ill send a ticket.

    Same problem here. Dont have a questline for the new boundary.

    You reached Shifting Sky I and talked to Fleet Commander Corcoran. After that you see grey shield above NPC.
    Do I correctly understand your problem?

    im now shifting sky 3 and i didnt get the shifting sky 2 (and 3) chain quest like my seeker did, they are also not in the available quest.

    Did you receive Gift of the Riptide lv1 book (new swimming passive skill)?

    @seeker200 @zengetsu200 Make sure you are NOT in tiger/panda form (it matters!) and visit NPC Fleet Commander Corcoran. He is located in one of the ships in the middle of Primal World map.
