Impossible leveling from 80+

How am i supposed to level from 80 after i do dailies and pv???
Quests give like 10 % in best case scenario ... now that FC is gone how am i supposed to level to 100 ? And not taking 6 months ...

I have had no problems leveling from 80-91. I don't even run PV and barely do my BH's daily.

You should look for the red legendary quests and work on those, then work on all the white quests as they still give good exp, and not just 10% like you're thinking. Those, and added in the Quick Sand Maze runs I did for mats put me at 91, almost 92, in a few weeks.

If you still have quests in your find quest list, then you're not doing it right.
You've got PV.
You've got BH's. (keep them stacked)
It takes time, but there's World Quest.
Crazy Stone
Daily log in reward.
Quick Sand maze
Reflection when you're AFK'ing
Base Quests

The list goes on. There's a few more threads like this sitting around too if you peruse the forums a bit.
