    it is under "G16". this is the max "G level" that you can have. Therefore it will work on all types of gear.

    people nowadays are desperate to flame PWI for whatever reason they can find.
    Yes its worded poor but it works on gear at lv 16 and under. There is no lv 17+ gear so you wont find any piece of equipment that you cant upgrade with the orbs.

    i bet it only works with bounded gears, that's why i don't charge anymore...
