    Glad they're at least getting out the one that's supposed to go to everyone. Shame it's character bound though since can't really do much with it as a result.    ​​

    Here's what I don't understand.... how is a 4* orb of equal value to what we were supposed to get, which was a chance pack with a possible 3-10* orb?

    I only did all of those logins because of the pack. Untradeable, unstashable, bound gear only 4* orbs are completely useless for anyone who isn't a low level character (and even then the use is questionable).​​

    Because you have an extremely high chance of getting 3 or 4 star:

    67% of getting a 3
    90% of getting 4 or lower
    97% of getting 5 or lower
    99% of getting 6 or lower

    Still doesn't make it equal to me. I think the chance of getting something good is much better than a guaranteed prize of something useless.​​

    I don't mind the 4*

    I DO mind the bound gear only. I get that it is to prevent you using an otherwise untradable item on tradable gear, but it would be better if the gear you used it on became bound instead of requiring us to buy a binding charm to use our FREE GIFT.

    Even changing the 5 x 4 bounded orbs to 5 C- War Avatar Packs would make more sense for me in such case ...
    Sorry, I still cannot understand the way how they handle this reward!

    At least, imho they should replace the reward with something which is close to the same target, e. g. focus war avatars and not (bounded) dragon orbs or at least unbounded and none gear level restricted dragon orbs, which can be refined to better ones.

    In total, I just close this "event" for me - seems there are mostly loosers and nobody won this raffle.

    as of yet none of my charactors have received anything for this event anyways. I did spend a little money on the game during the promo so I figured I would at least get the consolation prize...

    You can say thanks for the 4 star orbs you didn't have before before you opened that mail perhaps. Or just NPC them.
