Unable to access Arc Support Page

So the GMs are saying I should submit a ticket, but whenever I try to do that from my main account it fails to load up. I get this message from firefox which is strange because I do have cookies enabled, I have triple checked this.The even stranger thing is that when I go to the arc support through a different account it goes through just fine, such as when I get on my nub sin account or my nub AA account.

So basically in order to submit a ticket I have to log into a support page that only my main account can't access. How about just putting the spirit coins back into the boutique? I'll buy one gold for that instead of dealing with the notoriously incompetent support here.

Now, I know people are going to ask, and yes I have talked to support about this before, but pretty much nobody did anything about it.

    It's a bug with how the page interfaces with the browser. No known fix. Usually clearing the cache or just using a different browser will resolve it or work around it.
